Limited Warranty

Effective Date: 30 September 2023

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. Limited Warranty: Constant Mountain provides a limited warranty on all outerwear products purchased directly from from our website or an authorized retailer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

1.2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, alterations, or any unauthorized repairs or modifications.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

2.1. Initiating a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please either return it to the authorized retailer where it was purchased or contact us at warranty@constantmountain.com.

2.2. Evaluation: Once we receive the product, our technical team will evaluate it to determine whether the issue is covered by our warranty.

2.3. Resolution: If the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product, or provide a refund of the purchase price.

3. Limitations and Disclaimers

3.1. Consequential Damages: Constant Mountain is not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

3.2. Modification of Terms: Constant Mountain reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. However, any modifications will not affect products purchased before the policy change.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for warranty service by returning the item to an authorized retailer, the customer must provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from that authorized retailer.

4.2. Proper Care and Maintenance: Customers are expected to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with the product to ensure its longevity and performance.

5. Replacement Zippers

The dual zipper slider that powers the patented Infinity Pocket construction is only available at Constant Mountain.  If your zipper breaks for any reason we will send you another one free of charge - which can then be used by a sewing technician to repair the jacket or vest.
